Apesar de ter sido cantado a propósito dos olímpicos de '92, a letra serve como uma luva à fantástica cidade de Barcelona. "you took my breath away" não podia ser mais verdade. Todos os meus amigos, que a visitaram, sentiram-se em casa, capazes de lá viver para sempre. Eu adorava poder viver em Barcelona, pela arquitectura, pelas pessoas, pela vida, pelo sentido de urbanismo, pela arte... por tudo.
Quanto a Freddy Mercury só posso lamentar ter morrido, pois só posso ouvir o que cantou. Gostava de continuar a ser surpreendida pela sua forma de estar na música. Espanha é conhecida pelos seus cantores líricos e quando se ouve Montserrat percebe-se porquê.

Although having been sung, for the'92 Olympics, the letter fits perfectly to the fantastic city of Barcelona. "you took my breath away" could not be more close to the truth. All my friends that visited it, feel at home, willing to live there forever. I would love to live in Barcelona, for the architecture, the people, the life, the sense of urbanism, art... for everything.
I only regret that Freddy Mercury has died, because I can only hear what he sang. I would like to be amazed over and over again by the way he was in the music business. Spain is known for its lyrical singers and when we hear Montserrat singing we understand why.
